Worrying About App Backup ? Here’s A Way To Backup Your Android Apps

If you are reading this then you are probably going to reset your android smartphone or tablet. And performing a reset action stands for losing all the data that your smartphone or tablet have right now. However, backing up contacts, text messages and SD card files is a easy task to perform but how about having an app backup of all the apps that you are using ? Have you ever thought about it ? And in case if you have had this thought of having a backup of your favorite android apps then we are going to share a way to help you out.

How To Perform An App Backup Action :

Taking an app backup is as easy as sending a text someone.  You just have to download an android app called App Backup Restore – Transfer. And you can download the app from Google Playstore or by clicking the download button bellow :

After downloading and Installing the app open it. And now you will get to see a list of all the apps that your smartphone or tablet have. Here is a screenshot to help you out :

But before you start taking app backup make sure you have set up the storage option. So to set up a storage option all you have to do is tapping on the smartphone icon from the sidebar.

After tapping on the sidebar you will get the following screen :

In the following screen you will get three options SD card, Internal Storage, And USB storage. However backing up the apps on internal storage is a bad idea as you are going to reset or format your smartphone. So I am choosing the SD card option, you can even choose USB Storage option as well. But in case if you are going to use USB storage then make sure your smartphone supports a OTG cable.

After setting up the backup storage now come back to the previous screen where your apps are listed. Click on the apps that you want to backup and tap on the Backup button and you are done.

Now let’s talk about restoring the apps after resetting your smartphone, so for restoring the apps, you need to download the App Backup Restore – Transfer app again. After downloading the app go to the archived section and you will see a list of all the apps that you backed up earlier tap on the apps you want to restore and tap on the Restore button and you are done.
